We collect your name, business email and company; job title, country and your business question are optional. We process them to answer your request, arrange the demonstration and manage the related conversation. The basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR); where the enquiry is made on behalf of a business, our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)). Required fields are necessary to respond. There is no automated decision-making or automatic marketing subscription.

Requests are stored in a MySQL database on the pahual.es hosting environment and notified to Peter by email. Hosting and email service providers process the data to deliver these services. Only information needed to handle the request should be shared with the relevant consulting team.

For this UNEX IDP page, Peter initially receives your request and then shares your contact details and business question with Benno Daegling at UNEX Management Consulting GmbH & Co. KG to organise and follow up the demonstration. By ticking the request checkbox, you consent to this specific sharing (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). This does not authorise unrelated marketing. You may withdraw this consent by contacting Peter.

If you arrived through a personalised LinkTracker link, the reference can identify the referring consultant or campaign. The session cookie supports form security, abuse prevention and continuity of the request and referral. A separate preference cookie records your cookie choice for up to 180 days. Optional audience and interaction measurement is disabled until you accept it and can be withdrawn below. These first-party events include language, campaign, page/video/demo clicks and form use; the events do not contain your IP or form contents.

No video or YouTube thumbnail is requested before activation. If you choose to load a video, YouTube (Google) receives connection data, including your IP and browser information, and may use cookies or process data outside the EEA, including in the USA, under its own privacy terms. Logos and flag images are loaded from the relevant corporate or Wix image services, which receive connection data. Hosting and email systems can also keep security and delivery logs.

Enquiries are kept while needed to handle the request and any resulting business relationship, and for applicable legal obligations or the defence of claims. You may ask for deletion when the data is no longer necessary. Unnecessary enquiry data should be removed as part of periodic review.

You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability where applicable; object to processing based on legitimate interests; and withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact Peter through the button below. You may complain to the Spanish supervisory authority (AEPD, www.aepd.es) or your competent EU supervisory authority.
